HARWICH COUNCIL ON AGING BOARD MEETING AGENDA

Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 9:30 a.m.

 Location: 100 Oak Street, Harwich, MA. 02645 Harwich Community Center Room #1

  1. Welcome– Adrienne Johnson-Today’s meeting is a joint meeting at 10:00 a.m. with the Friends of the Harwich Council on Aging Board.

  1.  Treasurer’s Report

 

  1.  COA Directors Report: Friday, August 5th 2016 at 11:30ish we will be having our first Summer Cookout for Harwich COA Volunteers, taking the Board’s suggestion to offer Volunteer Recognition events quarterly. Summer Cookout, Fall Souper Supper, Winter Breakfast and regular Spring larger Volunteer Recognition.

 

  1.   A) Old Business- 3 Per Diem Chefs on Board: Marietta Maloney, Charlotta Lusher and Taylaur Pasquale. All have already covered Linda’s vacation time-thanks to the Friends of the Harwich Council on Aging.

 

B) Need to set up meeting dates and event date with Sub Committee for Housing Symposium in late Fall.
