Present: Skip Patterson, Chair, Jack Brown, Vice Chair, Dana DeCosta, Bill Greenwood, Noreen Donahue, Jon Idman, Pam Groswald,

Not Present: Rich Larios, Secretary, Open Position

 

 

The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. 

 


The Minutes of 11/19/14 were approved - VOTE:7-0

No Reserve Fund Transfers

Noreen provided a briefing on waste water and that the Selectmen are presenting current status at a meeting this Thursday.

Old Business:

Dana raised the middle school repurpose issue and asked for that committee to provide us with a one pager outlining the options and related costs

A further discussion ensued about having someone designated to find funding sources such as state and federal grants.  Dana mentioned that the Town Planner used to do that.  Skip will take this up with the Chris Clark.

David Spitz, Town Planner, and Dave Calaghan, Real Estate and Open Space Committee reviewed the Property Communication Plan which included town land that might be sold.  Pam agreed to work with Dana and David Spitz to create a list of such property and propose a use for any funds acquired from their sale.  It was also mentioned that we will need to pre-sell some Town Meeting participants prior to that meeting.

Jack Brown moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 p.m.  VOTE: 7-0
