Old Business

a. Continued Discussion of HH2015-15 Certificate of Appropriateness (COA)   An           application for new construction of a building or structure visible from a public space has been received for property located at 109 Parallel Street , Map 41, Parcel N3-A, in the MRL Zone and the Harwich Center Historic District pursuant to the Code of the Town of Harwich §131-8.  The Applicant proposes Demolition of a non-historical home and construction of a new dwelling, owner Gregory Winston, and David Plunkett of the same address.

b.Continued discussion of Extension of Demo Delay Law based on research presented by Mirande Dupuy-DeWitt

c.Continued discussion of Captains Row Historic District and West Harwich School Preservation Project/application for CPC funds

 

New Business

   a. Recognition of Eileen Brady’s time served with Historic District and Historical                  

 b. Discussion of Work Study Meeting Holiday Scheduling
