2024 Vote by Mail Information

To all registered Harwich voters - you've likely seen a Vote by Mail application postcard arrive in your mailbox over the last few days. In this video, Town Clerk Emily Mitchell explains why you received one, how to fill it out if you're interested in voting by mail for any elections occurring in 2024, and what happens once you submit the completed application to the Clerk's Office.
