Attorney General Approval Of Amendments

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General has approved amendments to the Code for the Town of Harwich from the Harwich Annual Town Meeting of May 7, 2018 – Case #8978 regarding Warrant Articles 32, 35, 39 and 40 (General) and Articles #33, 34 and 36 (Zoning).  

 

Such approvals were granted on July 6, 2018 within the legally allotted 90 day time period as described in MA General Laws Chapter 40, Section 32.

 

          Also, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40, Section 32, the public is advised of the following:

 

CLAIMS OF INVALIDITY BY REASON OF ANY DEFECT IN THE PROCEDURE OF ADOPTION OR AMENDMENT MAY ONLY BE MADE WITHIN NINETY (90) DAYS OF THIS POSTING.

 

          Copies of these General and Zoning by-laws may be examined and/or obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office, Harwich Town Office Building, 732 Main Street, Harwich, MA  02645.
