a.Con’t. PB2015-12 Mark T. Smith, applicant, c/o Donald F. Bracken, P.E., representative, Estate of Benjamin Chase, owner, seeks approval of 10-lot (eight (8) buildable lots) Definitive Subdivision Plan for property located at  1369 Orleans Road in the R-R, W-R Zoning Districts and the Pleasant Bay Watershed, Assessor’s Map 74, Parcels W4. Letter to continue to June 23, 2015 on file.

b.PB2015-18, Andrea Zukowski, owner, seeks approval of a Use Special Permit for Alternative Access pursuant to the Code of the Town Harwich §325-18.P as set forth in MGL c. 40A §9. The property is located at 15 Hillcrest Drive, Map 71, Parcel K2-2-0, in the RR Zoning District.

II.Public Meeting

a.PB2015-18 Littlefield Pond Real Estate, owner, Stuart D. Woodring, Manager, seeks endorsement of a 2-lot Approval Not Required Plan for property located at 7 and 9 Littlefield Pond Road, Map 77, Parcel C4-A & C5-A in the R-R & W-R Zoning Districts for an interior lot line modification to relieve a setback issue.

b.PB2015-18 Craig and Terrie Borden, owners and applicants and Michael J. Lustick, TR, owner, c/o John M. O’Reilly, PLS, seek endorsement of an Approval Not Required Plan for conveyance as a land swap. The properties are located at 424 Pleasant Lake Ave., Map 77, Parcel J3-4 and 2 Hinckley Road, Map 77, Parcel J2-1 respectively in the R-R Zoning District. Said plan is entitled “Plan of Land in Harwich, MA as Surveyed and Prepared for Craig & Terrie Borden”, dated April 20, 2015, prepared by J. M. O’Reilly & Associates, Inc.
