HARWICH PLANNING BOARD

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

The Harwich Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 in the Griffin Room, 732 Main St., Harwich, MA to consider the following applications. The public hearing will begin at 6:30 PM followed by the public meeting. Any member of the public having an interest in these applications is invited to attend and provide information and comment relevant to this matter or may submit the same in writing.

 

PB2016-13 Kline, Jamie P, TR, owner and applicant, Dan Croteau, P.E., representative seek approval of a Site Plan Special Permit seek approval of a Site Plan Special Permit pursuant to the Code of the Town Harwich §325-55 and 325-51 as set forth in MGL c. 40A §9. The proposal seeks to construct an 80’ X 40’, 3,200 SF contractor bay warehouse with certain appurtenant site improvements. The property is known as 226 Queen Anne Road, Map 58 Parcel F4-1B in the IL zoning district.

 

PB2016-14 John D. Our, owner and applicant seeks approval of a Modification of Definitive Subdivision Plan pursuant to the Code of the Town of Harwich c.400, Article II and more specifically §400-14.M as set forth in MGL c. 41 §88 K-GG. The proposal is specifically to seek Planning Board approval of a waiver of sidewalk construction and payment in lieu of construction in a subdivision entitled Daluze Estates off of Queen Anne Road in the RR zoning district.
