Site visit to 25 acre parcel off of Hawksnest Road.

     Directions:  Queen Anne Rd onto Seth Whitefield/Hawksnest Rd - go down that dirt road about a third of a mile, you will pass two houses (#72 and #74) - a short distance after those houses you will see the road widens and there is a path on the left - park there.  Jim Cheverie will lead the visit.

Call to order;  Welcome members and guests

Executive Session - (1) Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch.30A, Sec.20(a)(6), to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Board, on the “Muddy Creek Headwaters Project” located at 31-37 Church Street.

     Presentation of Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law for Municipal

     Employees

     Potential donation of proposed subdivision ‘open space’ - to be

     presented by legal counsel or landowner

**Other Business - other matters as they pertain to the charge of the committee; set

     next meeting date and agenda therefore.
