1)Creation of “Harbor Demolition & Beautification Fund”
2)Conservation Administreative Review of Downey Building Demolition
3)Town of Harwich Demolition Permit and demolition status
4)Public Meeting with Conservation Commission for RDA (delineation acceptance)
5)Continuation of SAQ DEV COM Landside Options discussions
Phase I: Present Landside Planning Options

6)Progress with Landside (Saquatucket & Downey) for one overall “Site Plan and Building(s) Design” including the future construction project(s) Including the location of both the proposed Harbormaster Office, Restaurant, Boardwalk, Vehicle/Passenger Access; and the Harbormaster Maintenace Garage and Passenger Ticketing Office building ….with construction beginning in FY 2017.
7)The Board of Health Environmental Landside Review, to be in combination with the independent enginering design(s) of the new buildings, septic system(s) and all related permits, licenses and public hearing reviews estimated for completion in 2016. (Estimated cost of Landside Site Plan and Design needed for Warrant).
8)Removal of the property line between the Saquatucket and Former Downey Property.
9)Recommendations about moving the power lines in the area of the pedestrian and vehicle access between the two properties.
10)Annual nomination and election of Chairman and Vice Chairman
