2)Status of Saquatucket Marina Replacement Design calendar for 2015 & 2016

3)Status of Saquatucket Marina Construction Funding Warrant item for FY 2017

4)Status of Saquatucket Landside Site Plan Funding Warrant item for FY 2017

NEW BUSINESS:

1)Planning Options for the Current and Future Harbor areas  -- Dave Spitz

2)Progress and Agreement vote for  “Proposed Landside  Preliminary Site Plan”

  The conceptual design process and an estimated construction project that would include:

a)Harbormaster Office, Café’/Restaurant and Boardwalk with three viewing areas 

b)Harbor mall behing office with seating and seasonal event areas

c)Separate Harbormaster Maint. Garage and Passenger Ticketing Office on Rt. 28

d)New access ways for vehicles and pedestrians on and between the properties

e)New Conservation Delineation lines incorporated in Preliminary Site Plan

f)Proposed “Initial” landscaping plans for the lower parking lot and upper concourse

g)Proposed short and long term vehicle parking on lower lots

h)Proposed winter boat storage areas

i)Proposed Septic Systems for upper and lower lots

j)Rt. 28 sidewalk (green border and reduced opening) and new parking lot entrance

k)Schedule to present Site Plan recommendations to public and Town departments

l)Warrant Item for outside Engineering Site, Buildings & Envronmental Plan bid.

(This Enineering bid would include recommendations from the Preliminary Site Plan)
