Transports Harwich citizens to and from the Harwich Community Center for programs, services, and for volunteers to work at the COA.

Transports Harwich citizens to The Family Pantry most Thursday afternoons. Reservations required.
Transports physically challenged riders (wheelchairs, walkers etc) to and from the Community Center for programs, services, and to do volunteer work, and to any other van scheduled program.

  • DOES NOT transport to medical appointments, physical therapy, chemotherapy or radiation appointments or labs.

Call Rick or Kevin in the Outreach Office. 4 Business Days' notice is required. This is Only for Dr. Appt's. List of Paid Drivers for Appointments in areas where the Medical Rides Program does not drive to is available in the office.

BOSTON HOSPITAL TRANSPORTATION: Run by the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority Call (800) 352-7155
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Fare is $30 round trip/$15 one way. Must reserve by 11:00 AM the day before you wish to travel. Appointments should be scheduled between 10 AM and 2 PM. In Harwich they pick-up at the Rt. 6 & 124 commuter lot at 7:45 PM.

They Charge a $1.50 Fee Each Way For Rides (Exact Fare Needed) www.capecodtransit.org For info.
Transports Daily - Must make a reservation 2 days before. Will take riders to medical appointments - will not wait there.
