NEW BUSINESS:

  1. Adding a $5 charge for replacement permit stickers and passes to the HMP; requested by the Harbormaster.
  2. Review and potential vote on the Harbormaster’s financial plan to fund the Saquatucket Municipal Marina Reconstruction capital project, estimated at $7 million. 

The plan calls for a large portion of the debt service on a $7 million bond over a 20 year period to be funded by harbor receipts. A portion of current revenue generated by the Department, combined with other harbor revenue sources, and new revenue generated as a result of the marina upgrade is being proposed.

  1. Vote on the Harbormaster’s Marina recommendations for 2016 Town Meeting Warrant.

OLD BUSINESS:

  1. Status of the Town Meeting Warrant for Replacing Saquatucket Marina Docks
  2. Status of the Town Meeting Warrant (if needed) for Saquatucket Landside Design
  3. Status of Allen Harbor Parking and wall project
