Open Forum: Discussion about creating a Saquatucket “Harbor Beatification Fund”

Update on Downey Property Purchase and the new request for Rt. 28 sidewalk from Bank Street to Neel Road.

Discussions about issues involving passenger boat pedestrian safety.

New Business:

  1. Derith Marjollet New aluminum dock for 484 Pleasant Lake Ave.

Plans reviewed, approved and signed. Motion to approve by Joe Johnson 2nd by Steve Root     4-0

  1. Request from Clem Kacergis for informal discussion about his boat’s classification

Harbormaster Rendon requested more time to examine and review request; then get back to WWC

  1. Update on Downey Property purchase and immediate clean-up plans
  2. Update on Rt.28 Sidewalk prospect by state
  3. Update on Landside Saq Dev Com progress with landside site plan
