II             MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING (Regular Meeting Minutes) May 18, 2022–Minutes shall be reviewed; proposed changes shall be possible; and a vote to approve with any noted changes shall be taken.

A. Joint Meeting with Agricultural Commission to discuss revisions to Town of Harwich Animal Regulations- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration         

B. COVID-19 Update- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

C. Board of Health Discussion of continuing to acknowledge and appoint the Town Clerk to fulfill the roll of special agent signing death certificates and burial permits- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

D. Board of Health Discussion on possible revisions to bedroom definition- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

E. FY23 VNA Contract-Review and vote to submit to Board of Selectmen for approval/signature- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

A. Hearing-Main Street HP, LLC, 575 Route 28, Harwich Port, Environmental Impact Report to demonstrate compliance with Harwich Board of Health Regulation 1.211; installation of a sewage disposal system that will accommodate over 2,000 gallon per day-plan prepared by Merrill Engineers & Land Surveyors- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration
