COVID-19 Testing Instructions

1. Call your doctor. Your doctor will screen you over the phone and determine if you should be tested. If you do not have a primary care provider, and are experiencing SERIOUS symptoms, please visit the triage tents located outside of Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital for screening.
2. If your doctor determines you should be tested, they will fax your information and a prescription for testing to Cape Cod Healthcare.
3. Cape Cod Healthcare will then call you to set up an appointment at the test site. YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET TESTED, OR ELSE YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!
