HH 2017-05 Notice of Intent (NOI) has been received for 3 Ocean Avenue, Map 6B Parcel L135, in the RH-2 Zone. The application is pursuant to the Code of the Town of Harwich c.131 Historic Preservation, Article II, and proposes a partial demolition of the foundation only of the c.1910 dwelling.
