  1. PB2016-19 Gerald D. and Sally A. Coughlan and Freeman Allison, owners, c/o Clark Engineering LLC, seek approval of a five (5) lot definitive subdivision plan pursuant to the Code of the Town of Harwich c.400, Article II as set forth in MGL c. 41 §81 K-GG. The location is described as “Land off Philip Ellis Way” located immediately east of the Epoch Senior Healthcare facility on Headwaters Drive. The property is known as 0 Old Brewster Road, Map 81 Miscellaneous in the R-R zoning district. The parcels are referenced on a Perimeter Plan at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, Plan book 663, page 15. 
  2. PB2016-20 525 Camelot LLC, c/o James Stinson, Esq., owner/applicant, of property located at 557-563 Route 28, Map 14 Parcel V9, seeks approval of Use and Site Plan Review Special Permits in the C-V, R-H-1 and Village Commercial Overlay (VCOD) Districts.  The proposal seek to demolish an existing multi‑unit commercial structure and appurtenances and to construct a new mixed-use (commercial and residential) building with certain appurtenant features. The proposal also affects the abutting properties at 565 Route 28 (14 / V10) and 555 Route 28 (14 / V8). The request is pursuant to the Code of Town of Harwich §§ 325-51, -09, -51.M and -55 for Site Plan Review Special Permit and Use Special Permits; Mixed Use and VCOD; and M.G.L. c.40A §9.
