  1. MOTION TO APPROVE MINUTES of APR 11, 2017 MEETING. 2nd Tyldesley. Unanimous

  1. ANNUAL TOWN MTG: WRAP UP of ARTICLE #15
    1. Passed
  2. ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION/BALLOT: WRAP UP of QUESTION #4  
    1. Passed

           

V. NEW BUSINESS

            A. DISCUSS / RECOMMEND NEXT STEPS for FUTURE of COMMITTEE

  1. Norm Clarke to ask Town Administrator and Selectman about a building committee.
  2. Craig Chadwick to Disband Rehab Comm. With Selectmen.
  3. Craig Chadwick to ask Selectmen to keep Rehab Comm. For Building Comm.
  4. Bob Cafarelli to assemble a RFP for Architects and Engineers, Libby reports.

Motion to Adjourn, Craig Chadwick. 2nd Scott Tyldesley. 3:00pm
