        - April 12, regular meeting

        - April 12, special evening WIC meeting posted, but there was no quorum

        - April 20, presentation to CWMP to East Harwich Community Association; meeting posted, but                     there was no quorum

4.Review CDM Smith invoices for previous month(s)

5.Discuss consequences of approval of IMA by both Chatham and Harwich

6.Discuss results of approved WIC Articles No. 11 and 12 at Town Meeting and as Ballot Questions

7.Update on discussions with HCT re Cold Brook Bogs

8.Discuss new WIC responsibilities, given the Approval of Articles 11 and 12
