Pine Grove Cemetery

HISTORY OF BURIAL GROUND

This cemetery was probably opened up after the Baptist Cemetery near the church was filled to capacity. In the rear center of the cemetery (old section) is a poor lot which covers an area of about 50 feet between two roads. There are a few graves here, one marked with a rock. Some graves may have been moved from the cemetery near the church. There are no headstones on the poor lot.
